Low Cost USB-DMX interfaces that WORK with LMS

During our testing of LMS we discovered a couple of USB/FTDI/RS485 interfaces that used the correct chipset to enumerate over USB and expose themselves as OpenDMX devices

This was quite a nice discovery, and further testing proved that not only could these be used to OUTPUT to DMX, but also INPUT from DMX

"-" -> DMX Ground Pin 1
"A" -> DMX Pin 3
"B" -> DMX pin 2
